This new version now reads xml files for the presets, allowing you to modify the presets as you wish. All the usual presets are still in there, such as a fifteen minute Headache Relief, Active and Chakra Mediations, a fifteen minute Get to Sleep, a new 30 minute silent sleep, as well as a 45 minute Gentle Focus.
