Missing appointments, over sleeping, wondering why they took away Repeating Alarms on PocketPC 2002/2003.

Want you alarms to be a different volume to the rest of your system sounds

Want to be able to set an alarm to power back on and repeat every 5 minutes, 30 minutes or however long you choose.

Want to open any file when your alarm sounds: Wake to Windows Media Music when a clock alarm sounds. Open a meeting document template when an appointment alarm sounds.

You need SuperAlert.

Runs on PocketPC2000 , PocketPC2002, WM2003

Auto-detects PocketPC2002/2003 devices and offers the option to have Repeating Calendar Alarms.

Allows independent settings for Clock and Calendar alarms (Note: as with the standard PocketPC notification settings these affect all appointments)

Small - takes up very little memory

Integrated - set it up and it disappears into the background until an alarm sounds. Set up alarms normally with the clock or calendar.

Easy to use

Any document in your My Documents folders (in the devices internal storage or on a storage card) can be set to be opened at alarm time. (for advanced users other files can be opened by keying in the path)

This could include but is not limited Windows Media Audio files, Video Files (note a limitation in Windows media player means these may only play sound). (Technical Note: SuperAlert will instruct the system to open the file using the application associated with it, therefore any file with an association can be opened)

Frequently Asked Questions:
I've upgrade my iPaq to ROM1.20/2.20 and my alarms are not working properly
A number of issues were introduced by this ROM upgrade. Version 2 supports this. Redownload by logging into your PocketGEar account to obtain this version.

Does SuperAlert support the Loox
SuperAlert does support the Loox but unfortunately there does appear to be a problem with a small number of Loox's alarm message which can cause the device to lock up(this is not a SuperAlert issue as it can occur without SuperAlert loaded) SuperAlert ensures the alarm panel does appear and this may appear to make the problem more obvious. Please download the trial version before buying for the Loox. We are advised that there is a firmware upgrade in the pipeline which may resolve this.

Why is my additional file not opening but the repeats are working
You may not have also selected the button next to 'Additionally open' - this is automatic in the version 1.1 and later.

I only want my repeating alarm to go off 10 times, I have selected +Repeat and set 10 uses why does my alarm keep sounding after the number of repeats I have set.
The +repeat setting always sets a repeat every 2 seconds forever. The number of repeats only applies to the additionally opened file. You can achieve the result you want by deselecting +repeat and entering the wave file you wish to play in the Additional File box.>
I note you are now saying to install in internal memory. I've installed on the storage card and am having difficulty uninstalling. I keep getting a message on reset about SuperAlert not being found
