Important!

In some isolated cases SMS2Desk can¿t get ¿ENABLED¿ via the menu. In this case we recommend the following steps:

• Make sure that there is no other SMS application running in the background, since the operating system on your BlackBerry does not allow the usage of multiple SMS-monitoring-applications simultaneously.
• If this does not resolve the problem, it is possible that SMS2Desk is unable to read your registered BlackBerry smartphone e-mail address. In this case, please remove the battery from the unit for more than 5 seconds, reinsert the battery and start the device.
